Requirements
- Experience in field experiments and studying civic engagement or election turnout
- Database-savvy and skilled in using a voter database
- Thoughtful and analytical with ability to use data, conduct analyses, and communicate findings
- Collaborative with values of teamwork and community engagement
- Effective time management and ability to pivot between assignments
- Knowledge of culturally responsive and equitable evaluation approaches
- Effective communicator with skills in articulating ideas and data analysis methods
