Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in MRO, Industrial sales, or Related B2B sales
- Strong understanding of MRO products, industrial applications, and market trends
- Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently while achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop long-term partnerships with customers
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
