Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of lift truck operators, auditors, and customer service representatives, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective function of the regional distribution center, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 plus years of warehouse supervision experience required
• Leadership & management skills: ability to lead, assign work, and motivate LTOs to deliver exceptional performance
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Requires initiative and ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines for material handling equipment
• Ability to talk, listen, understand, and follow directions
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position
• Knowledge and experience using a forklift SAP inventory scanning system
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) products
• Computer skills are preferred
• Ability to set priorities and flexibly to reset priorities in a changing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Ability to pay attention to details and accuracy in inventory control
• Good organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude skills are required
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work Monday – Friday plus overtime including some Saturdays as needed by the business (especially during peak season – January through April)
