Job Description
As Manager Technology supporting Southwestâs AI Platforms Delivery Pod, youâll lead a Pod focused on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms that enable AI as a repeatable enterprise capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study
- 8-12 years relevant work-related / leadership experience
- 3-5 years of Platform Architecture for MultiâTenant Enterprise AI (AWS-first)
- 3-5 years of AWS Services Infrastructure as code (IaC), MLOps and LLOps Platform features
- 5+ years of Integration with Data Platforms like Kafta for streaming, Data Lake and Enterprise Data Warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake etc.)
- 3-5 years of Observability, Reliability & SRE Mindset for AI Platforms
- 3-5 years of Cost & Performance Optimization (FinOps for AI)
- 3-5 years of People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
