Job Description
Southwest Care Center is seeking a part-time remote Registered Nurse to provide care coordination, triage, and inbox management. The role will require occasional on-site support in clinics in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary care team to develop care plans, educate patients, and facilitate appointments and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an ambulatory/primary care environment
- Completion of an associate degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred)
- Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of New Mexico or other compact state
