Job Description
As an Employment Coach, you will work with participants in custodial and community settings to provide support and guidance to overcome barriers to successful resettlement. You will help them achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners
- Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an enhanced level
- ICT proficiency including all major Microsoft applications
- Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent experience
- IAG qualification e.g., NVQ Information, Advice and Guidance
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or PTLLS
- Good verbal, presentation and written skills
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software
