Job Description
Sovereign Care Services is seeking compassionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or ABA therapists to provide quality care to families and children with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges. The role involves individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism, teaching and guiding them through fundamental skills, and collaborating with BCBAs to implement behavior plans. Prioritized confidentiality, a strong work ethic, and adherence to ethical guidelines are essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, rehab counseling or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated behavior analytic skills.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
