Job Description
Sovereign Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician or experienced ABA Therapist to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role involves providing individualized support, implementing behavior plans, and working as part of a team to meet clients' goals. This position offers opportunities for professional development and collaboration within a diverse and inclusive organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, rehab counseling or a related field (preferred)
- Available to work shifts between 8 am to 6 pm
- Available to work full day schedule (8:30 am to 3:30 pm)
- Demonstrated behavior analytic skills
- Knowledgeable of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Adhere to Ethical Guidelines
- Obtain or possess current CPR/First Aid certification
- Maintain criminal record
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
