Job Description
We are looking for a Business Process Automation Specialist to automate manual workflows and eliminate redundant steps in our benefits management process. As a pioneer of this role, you will design, develop, and deploy complex automation flows using Power Automate, connecting various tools within our tech stack to ensure data flows smoothly across platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Extensive hands-on experience building complex workflows in Power Automate
- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Solid experience using the broader M365 suite
- Familiarity with AI agents and chatbot development
- Ability to work with reporting outputs from platforms like Workday or Atlassian
- Fluent English
Benefits
- Daily Rate - depending on your knowledge and experience, 800-1000 PLN + VAT
