Job Description
The company is looking for a Business Process Automation Specialist to automate manual workflows and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Automate, Excel, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and will be able to design, develop, and deploy complex automation flows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Extensive hands-on experience building complex workflows in Power Automate
- Expert proficiency in Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas, data cleaning)
- Solid experience using the broader M365 suite (Forms, SharePoint, Teams, and potentially Power Apps) as components of an automation ecosystem
- Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn AI agents and chatbot development (e.g., Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio)
- Ability to work with reporting outputs from platforms like Workday or Atlassian (Confluence/Jira) to bridge data gaps
- An HR or Benefits background is a significant plus, but not a dealbreaker if you are exceptionally tech-savvy and understand business operations
- Fluent English is required to collaborate with our global team and manage stakeholders across different regions

- Daily Rate - depending on your knowledge and experience, 800-1000 PLN + VAT
