Job Description
Global Benefits Program Manager - Fully Remote. Launch a complex benefits program in a country you may have never worked in before. Manage the full lifecycle of benefits rollouts, adapt global policies to local statutory requirements, and analyze local statutory provisions to ensure benefits remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-country HR or Benefits projects from conception to "go-live"
- Experience running RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, analyzing vendor offers, and managing third-party providers to ensure high service delivery
- Experience with statutory benefits, pension plans, or medical insurance in at least one major market (US, UK, or EU)
- Strong comfort level with budget management and understanding how benefits data impacts payroll and company costs
- Experience working with a Tier 1 HRIS (ideally Workday) for reporting, data auditing, and enrollment management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must for auditing and data analysis. Familiarity with Atlassian (Confluence) for process documentation is a plus
- Ability to create clear, engaging employee communications and documentation for new benefit rollouts
