Job Description
The company is seeking a Global Benefits Program Manager to launch complex benefits programs in new countries. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of benefits rollouts, adapting global policies to local statutory requirements, and driving the Request for Proposal process for new benefit vendors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-country HR or Benefits projects from conception to 'go-live.'
- Experience running RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, analyzing vendor offers, and managing third-party providers to ensure high service delivery.
- Strong comfort level with budget management and understanding how benefits data impacts payroll and company costs.
