Head of Apparel - 1440

The Head of Apparel Division is responsible for leading the apparel division, ensuring strong execution across product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial performance, while aligning closely with fabric operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Engineering, Fashion, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 12–15+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain leadership
• Strong experience in business development and commercial strategy
• Deep understanding of the garment supply chain (development, sourcing, production, delivery)
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience working with US brands and retailers
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and financial acumen
