Job Description
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of the office, supporting administrative, organizational, and logistical activities to contribute to overall operational efficiency and employee well‐being.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, etc.)
- Degree or diploma (preferably in business, management, or related fields)
- Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and a problem‐solving mindset
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken
