Job Description
The School Nurse supports the health, wellness, and safety of students, faculty, and staff while upholding the mission and values of the school.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous pediatric, school nursing, or community health experience preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- CPR Trainer training preferred.
- Knowledge of child development, school health policies, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Christian education and agreement with the school’s statement of faith.
