Job Description
We are seeking a FOH Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support the team, and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in food service or hospitality, with a strong background in leadership and communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years in food service or hospitality
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
- Current SERV Safe certification (or ability to obtain)
