Sparrow is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to support the Regional Management team with day-to-day operations of Active Adult 55+ communities. The ideal candidate has extensive Operations experience and strong knowledge of Sparrow's internal processes.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 5+ years professional management experience within multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality
- Experience with property management; lease-up properties preferred
- Fluent in Yardi
- Experience maintaining financial records, managing budgets and financial reporting
- Experience developing and leading an onsite team
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays when required

- Skilled at navigating conflict, solution oriented, agile, and adaptable
- Self-aware, proactive, accountable, and coachable
- Possesses effective communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships
- Familiarity with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations
