Requirements
- 7+ years of professional management experience in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality
- Experience with lease-up properties and property management software (Yardi/RentCafe preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Experience with financial records, managing budgets and financial reporting
- Sales acumen and CRM systems experience
- Strong relationship building skills and communication skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations
