Meat Cutter

The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting and preparing various types of meats and products, maintaining a clean and attractive department, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a high school diploma, one year of retail experience, and basic mathematical skills. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and exposure to outside weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year retail or other related experience preferred
• Prior experience in a Meat Cutter, Apprentice role strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Basic mathematical skills
• Suggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products
• Detail Oriented
