Requirements
- Business Intelligence Leadership
- Strategy: Lead the BI and Analytics strategy, ensuring data infrastructure and analysis directly support business growth.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a VIP-level partner to the executive team and Finance, translating complex data into revenue-generating strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and investors (Raise) regarding data performance, accuracy, and availability.
- Reporting & Data Governance
- Haute Fidélité: Guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data warehouse and dashboards to provide a "single version of the truth" for company steering.
- Excellence: Supervise and mentor the analytics team to ensure excellence in dashboarding and reporting.
- Experimentation & Automation
- Methodology: Experience designing and measuring experiments, including A/B tests, switchback tests, and inference-based measurement methodologies.
- AI Mindset: Identify opportunities to integrate intelligent solutions into your workflows, turning complex manual processes into autonomous, scalable systems (automation-first mindset).
