Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Solution Architect, Billing Specialist, or similar role with focus on advanced billing or revenue processes.
- Handsâon experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ideally including Revenue Cloud Advanced features.
- Strong understanding of QuoteâtoâCash processes, subscription commerce, billing operations, payments, and revenue lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to design or support complex use cases such as multiâsite billing, usageâbased pricing, evergreen subscriptions, or automated collections.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant).
- Experience working with crossâfunctional teams, conducting discovery, and supporting enterpriseâlevel implementations.
