Job Description
The Manager, Lifesaving Programs oversees mobile adoptions and rescue programming at the SPCA of Texas, ensuring operational excellence and lifesaving outcomes for animals. This role manages staff and volunteers, improves processes, and supports collaboration across departments to maximize the impact of lifesaving initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising paid or unpaid staff
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated sales or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and sales/marketing skills a must
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to analyze processes for continuous improvement
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Programs
