Job Description
Speak is looking for a Head of Growth - Korea to lead the company's next stage of growth in its most important market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable user acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term retention in Korea, and will lead a high-performing team to deliver bold business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in high-growth tech or consumer startups
- Ownership of $10M+ annual marketing budgets across both web and app
- Deep hands-on experience across performance marketing, upper-funnel brand integration, funnel optimization, and experimentation
- Comfortable building systems, dashboards, and processes from scratch
- Ability to synthesize performance signals and drive cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and brand
- Track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing growth and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of Korean consumer behavior with the ability to adapt and apply global best practices
- Business fluency in English
