Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing or demand generation, focused on enterprise accounts
• Strong CRM (plus if HubSpot) proficiency across workflows, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting, with a strong data-driven mindset
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail across multiple workstreams and cross-functional partners
• Strong written and verbal Korean; working English proficiency
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners
