Do you speak German? A new opportunity in Technical Support for EV Charging (Electric Vehicles) is opening a new chapter in your career. As a German Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Requirements
- Native-level German & good English skills
- Previous customer support/technical support experience
- Tech-savviness and basic knowledge of IT, networks, or electronics
- Availability to work in a shift-based schedule (including weekends)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based)
- Familiarity with EV charging standards/protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP) is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems
