Requirements
- Native or C1 level of Japanese
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus
- Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels
- Team-player mindset and flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week
