Job Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a key role in ensuring product quality and manufacturing readiness from new product introduction through production. This role leads quality assurance activities, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to support predictable quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing quality and NPI environments.
- Strong problemâsolving and quality system knowledge.
- Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, metrology, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
