Job Description
The General Counsel will lead the Legal Department at Specialty Dental Brands (“SDB”), focusing on corporate, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. This role will support business operations, enable growth, and manage legal risk. SDB values long-term partnerships with practices and providers.
Requirements
- Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate, commercial, and healthcare regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
- Oversee corporate governance and manage external counsel relationships
