Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program is preferred.
- DANB x-ray certification or in process of being certified
- Experience working in an orthodontic setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with children and parents.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping young patients have positive dental experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
