Controller

SPECTO Aerospace is looking for a Controller who will contribute to operational and strategic matters, and play a key role in onboarding and developing colleagues within the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding or coaching colleagues in a financial context, and a strong and open personality.

Requirements

• A completed HBO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a controller in a similar role at an SME organization
• Experience in guiding or coaching colleagues in a financial context
• A professional and committed attitude: discreet, loyal, proactive, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language and extensive experience with Excel, ICT, and ERP systems
