Product Management Director - DECT

Spectralink is hiring a Director of Product Management to own DECT product strategy and on-device software experiences. This is a full-time role that requires 8-12 years of proven end-to-end product management experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products where software runs on constrained or embedded devices.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end product management experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products where software runs on constrained or embedded devices
• Strong business acumen, including business case development, financial modeling, margin and cost sensitivity analysis, and pricing and packaging strategy inputs
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence without authority across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, and executive stakeholders
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-ready communication skills
• Remote role: Must be located on the U.S. East Coast (Eastern Time Zone)
• Willingness to travel up to 6 times per year to Denmark, UK, and Colorado
