The Sales Commissions & Revenue Operations Analyst manages the end-to-end processes for accurate and timely sales commission credit, supports Deal Desk activities, and oversees sales transaction data from distributor Point of Sale (POS) intake to commission calculation and payout preparation.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Compensation, or Data Operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliation, large datasets, validation logic)
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience with ETL or data load tools (e.g., Informatica, DemandTools, or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail with a data quality mindset
- Ability to manage recurring operational deadlines (monthly cycles)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root cause across systems and data sources
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, Finance, and technical teams
- Location: Ability to come into the Louisville, CO office at least 3 days each week
