- Mastery of MEDDPICC, executive multi-threading, and value engineering for TCO/ROI models tied to vertical markets
- Deep understanding of wireless voice communications and experience working with channel partners
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a sales team within a matrixed organization
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets
- Strong operational skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to articulate Spectralink's value proposition
- Adept at translating business needs into meaningful solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical professionals
- Experience in formulating and executing strategic plans to drive growth
