Equipment Maintenance Technician

Spectro Alloys is looking for a hands-on Equipment Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance and repair of their mobile equipment fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, be comfortable troubleshooting independently, and have a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical background (vehicles, trailers, hydraulics, or industrial equipment)
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot all kinds of gear
• Comfortable in an industrial environment (heat, noise, heavy machinery)
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ownership of your responsibilities
