Job Description
CNA Rehab and Nursing position at Grand Rapids, MI facility, providing direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse. Responsibilities include direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients, including dressing, bathing, transporting, and feeding, and documenting care provided.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
