Job Description
The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Cedar is a healthcare facility that provides care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. The CNA Rehab and Nursing position is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
