Job Description
Provide direct patient care to long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients, as a member of a team in a rehab and nursing center. The job involves basic skills and communicating observations to the healthcare team, under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
