Job Description
Corewell Health is offering a CNA Rehab and Nursing position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Cedar provides care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. The team cares for patients with various needs, including music therapy and expressive arts programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
