Job Description
CNA Rehab and Nursing Kentwood provides care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. The unit has a long term care unit and a rehab unit with nurse-patient ratios varying depending on the shift and population served.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
