Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a hands-on competency-based medical assistant training program
- 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- One of the following certifications: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant, AMT Registered Medical Assistant, NHA Certified Medical Assistant, NCCT Certified Medical Assistant, NAHP Certified Medical Assistant
