The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs imaging and non-imaging procedures on patients and/or patient samples using radioactive tracers. The NMT is responsible for the safe and correct handling of radioactive materials, patient care, and follows Corewell Health's philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.
Requirements
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
- CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 6 months experience from date of hire
