Job Description
Provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education to patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Monitors treatment activities of COTA’s and aides and completes all documentation of services per department standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited OT school
- Successful completion of clinical internship
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred
- Current State OT license
- BLS certification
