Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist will provide therapeutic services, including evaluation, treatment, and education, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role involves monitoring treatment activities, completing evaluations, and providing treatment plans. The therapist will also maintain updated licenses and submit evidence of status to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited OT school.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current State OT license.
• BLS certification.
