Job Description
Provides therapeutic services as an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate, treat, and educate patients. Monitors COTA's and aides, completes evaluations and treatment plans, and documents services according to department standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited OT school
- Successful completion of clinical internship
- Current State OT license
- BLS certification
