Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services, including evaluation, treatment, and education, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited OT school
• Successful completion of clinical internship
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred
• Current State OT license
• BLS certification
