Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education to patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Completes evaluations, plans and provides treatment, and documents services per department standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited OT school.
- Successful completion of clinical internship.
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Current State OT license.
- BLS certification.
