Job Description
The Resource Center Transport Dispatcher role supports hospital operations by coordinating patient transport and environmental services, providing direct transport assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Answer and manage high volume phone lines and other devices
- Dispatch EVS cleaning requests
- Coordinate real-time breaks and lunch coverage
- Coordinate and order specialty beds
- Assign, track and communicate Transport and EVS tasks
- Provide professional customer service
- Participate in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures
- Perform other duties as assigned
