Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare related field
- 5 years of Quality improvement, performance improvement, project management or related field
- CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), IHI Open School
- CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), IHI Improvement Coach Program
- CRT-Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified (CPHQ) - NAHQ National Association for Healthcare Quality Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
