Job Description
As a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reducing readmissions and strengthening patient safety by diving deep into data, uncovering trends, and translating findings into meaningful system and site-level improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare related field
- 5 years of Quality improvement, performance improvement, project management or related field
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, RN – State of Michigan, 2 years of Participation on improvement initiatives, CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list
