Job Description
AP Executive – Invoice Posting: Perform invoice posting activities, process PO and Non-PO invoices, conduct 2-way and 3-way matching, handle invoice discrepancies, and support system integration and migration activities. Interact with global stakeholders and ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, accuracy targets, and turnaround times.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with global, cross-cultural stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP integration or system transitions
